Hello everyone, this month we will also be discussing my personal top venue choices in the Wiltshire area!

Wiltshire is home to a wide range of beautiful wedding venues, from historic country houses to modern barn conversions. Each type of venue brings different musical considerations and vibes for your big day!

Large country house venues often suit acoustic or lightly amplified vocals during ceremonies and drinks receptions, helping to maintain a refined and elegant atmosphere. High ceilings and stone features can affect acoustics, so experienced suppliers will adjust accordingly.

Barn and rustic venues are also very popular across Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. These spaces often work well with warm, acoustic sets that us singers can provide- that complement a relaxed feel for yourselves and your guests. Volume management is important to avoid overwhelming the space and to make sure every special conversation on the day is heard ( including speeches!).

Hotels and modern venues usually offer more flexibility with sound systems and layouts. This allows for a wider range of musical styles and easier transitions between different parts of the day, as well as a broad range of outside spaces for live outdoor sets!

Working regularly across Wiltshire means I am familiar with a range of venues and their practical requirements, helping ensure music fits both the space and the tone of the day.
